About Us
In 2012 we met as freshmen at Grand Valley State University and quickly became friends, recognizing a similar analytical mindset in one another while still having a creative side. We had always wanted to work with each other in some way, and many years later we had the opportunity to use our individual experiences to create a company we could be proud of.
Today we keep things small on purpose. When you call, you talk to one of us. You'll get a written estimate before we start, and we won't change anything about the job without your approval. When we're finished, we walk the job with you to make sure you're happy with it.

Co-owner
Grew up in Dansville, near Lansing. I went to GVSU for a double major in Marketing and International Business. I've spent years in construction and carpentry across Michigan, plus two in Hawaii. I love taking a project from design to finished build and being outdoors while I do it. Watching bare land become a home got me into landscaping, and I'm excited to have projects of my own.
Co-owner
I've loved growing plants and working nature into design my whole life, so landscaping was a natural career. Living across the US and in Australia taught me a wide range of plants and climates. My Biomedical Sciences studies at GVSU built a habit of precision that I bring to every outdoor space. I worked for an eco-friendly landscaper in Colorado, then became a foreman at a company building landscapes and hardscapes for new homes, before moving back to Michigan.

New stone or mulch beds with clean edging, plus ongoing bed maintenance through the season.
Custom raised garden beds, planter boxes, borders and other small build projects.
Flower, shrub, and tree installation or removal, and seeding for new or patchy lawns.
Paver and natural stone patios, walkways and steps on a properly prepared base, built to last through Michigan winters.
